Blizzard in April? Why the hell not!

I don't know who all is reading, but over 2,000 blog hits in 9 days? That is fantastic, no? It seems like a huge amount to me, and I'm thrilled! If you're reading this right now, thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Please point your other nail buddies my direction. I've got a Facebook page started, too, but so far I've only had time to put up about a dozen pictures. 

This weather is just beyond redonk!! We're getting hit with a major blizzard right now, 8-10" expected. I seriously could puke. Tinlee came in looking like the abominable snowdog.  Baylee didn't even leave the deck; she just rolled around on her back in the snow. Weirdo.

Late again tonight. Went and got a keratin treatment on my hair and then went out to dinner with the hubster.  It was almost 9 when we got home, so once again, I'm behind schedule. This whole next 12 days will be a real challenge to do this every night. Kevin is off for 2 weeks, granddaughter's birthday party here Saturday, and on Monday, my daughter Tyler is coming home to visit with my 2 year old grandson, Griffin. They are staying until Friday, and then we are all going to Illinois to her house for a few days. So between having a 2 year old here, visiting and traveling, it's going to be tough. I'll really try to still put up something every day. I have a ton of mani's I can use even if I'm not painting them that night.

Whew! Can I ramble on or what?!?!  

My polish tonight is a beauty! I had a difficult time capturing all of the colors it flashes, but you can see that the color shift from gold to burgandy (still keeping some of the red theme) is pretty striking. Love it!!

 

I just got this in today's mail after buying it on eBay. It's a Sally Hansen Nail Prism, Amber Ruby. Then I just used a Sally Hansen black and stamped a pattern off of my DRK-A stamping plate.  I love the duochrome/multichrome polishes. Lots of bang with little work. Perfect for a night when I don't have hours to spend playing.

Off to watch a bit more tv before heading off to bed.  Tomorrow is Friday!! I love Fridays because I only work until noon. Gotta' love it.  :)
